Gary Higgins played with various groups until late '72, when he was busted for pot. Recorded before he went to prison, Red Hash was privately pressed and released in '73. Gary stayed away from music after he got out, but when Red Hash was reissued by Drag City to great acclaim, he did some concerts and a new album, Seconds.. Further archival material followed in 2011.
